Integration of Faith I believe that psychotherapy is most helpful when attending to mind, body and spirit. I use best practices from clinical psychology to treat common problems, such as anxiety and depression, but I also encourage participation in the worship, spiritual disciplines, and sacraments of the Orthodox faith in order to find deep and lasting healing. That said, I recognize that everyone's spiritual journey is highly personal, and so I leave it to the client to bring up matters of faith, and I respectfully integrate Orthodox practices when the client desires such intervention.
