Integration of Faith On the left of my couch is an icon of the Mother of God and on the right is the Icon of Holy Silence (Christ) representing the Royal Doors. In the center of symbolic Royal Doors is an altar. The altar is You. You, as fully human, including your automatic nervous system and unexplored inner life. My modality (AEDP) helps you to know your sensations, feelings, and thoughts without over identifying them. AEDP allows us to integrate the neurological and psychological focusing on centering you in your heart capturing the Orthodox Tradition of Watchfulness. My attachment focused practice allows us to join your nervous system so you can become more regulated, more grounded, more you. In our relationship and your relationship within yourself you will become more capable and confident in creating agency in navigating your life while celebrating the strengths and goodness of you, as Sacred Altar.
