Integration of Faith The type of therapy I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which explores how our beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, influences our mood. Christ calls us to guard our thoughts and our heart. By shaping our thoughts and beliefs to be more Christ like, while utilizing the CBT model, we in turn can also feel better.
