Integration of Faith In my experience, I find that so much of mental health problems are heavily bound up with the passions such as pride, envy, and anger. By examining thoughts, developing vigilance, and learning to embrace humility and asceticism even in small ways, anybody can find a great deal of relief from what troubles them. My baptizing priest also once told me that the greatest help I can be to my clients is to pray for them and I find that to be very true.
