Integration of Faith As an Orthodox Christian I view all things through the lens of my faith. Although I have many roles in life, none of them are separate from my identity as a follower of Christ. I strive to live, work and serve with integrity and in a way that is pleasing to God. When I fall short, I turn to the Lord, to the people He has placed in my life and the guidance of my monastic spiritual fathers. Jesus calls us to bear one another's burdens and to use the gifts that He gave us. This calling is at the heart of my practice as a mental health therapist. I bring to my practice both spiritual grounding and professional expertise. I draw on evidence-based skills and neuroscience knowledge gained through advanced training, multiple degrees, and decades of experience in the medical field to help my clients unravel and navigate their challenges.
